The HCMP strives to enhance the lives of and create learning opportunities for at-risk youth through a structured music program that continues throughout the school year. We encourage students to make positive lifestyle choices and foster a lifelong love of music.

Heart & Soul Concert and Silent Auction

The Heart & Soul Concert is an integral HCMP event. The concert consists of performances showcasing the musical talent of our Performance Troupe members and other community performers. Join us for an evening of good music, company and check out our exclusive silent auction items to support our cause!

Our Team
In addition to our teachers, the HCMP includes our Executive Team, which oversees the promotion and smooth running of our group, and our Performance Troupe, which consists of young and skilled musicians who volunteer their time and talent by performing at public functions.
